We provide custom infrared saunas, which use specialised panels to emit radiant light to warm your body directly rather than heating the surrounding air. Infrared saunas heat faster and run between 46°C and 60°C, compared to 70°C–100°C+ for traditional saunas, so they allow for longer sessions.

We also provide ‘hybrid’ saunas by installing both a traditional heater and infrared panels, allowing you to choose between heat sources for your session needs. As infrared and traditional saunas each provide slightly different health benefits, hybrid can be a great option.

Our custom infrared and hybrid saunas go through the same design and build process as our traditional saunas, with a site visit to understand the space and your needs, followed by a build tailored to you.
